I believe posters are recognised by their sig... so I made one.
Anyone prepared to help be do that? I tried superoneclick and the app just froze.
Been doing some reading on this issue.
There seems to be a recurring solution on the web to fixing the problem of ICS running slow on the Sensation.
Try the following;
Go to Settings - Power - Fast Boot now untick fast boot and then reboot the phone.Funny that the QuickBoot/FastBoot thing has fixed it... Sounds like there was a bad hibernation file that it restored itself from or something. Least it has managed to do the job!

flash cm9. Best custom rom ever!
running it now, after trying a number of other. They are however not developing further on CM9, but they are busy with cm10, which includes jelly bean and things like google now, etc.
Does anybody knw if there is an app that will allow you to use the side button to take a photo. The fact that there isn't a dedicated "Camera" button can be a pain. I thought it would be cool if there was an app to allow that functionality and if not possible somebody could make one.

Howzit sensationists :P
I was thinking of purchasing a car mount for my sensation, had a look at this(expansys car-mount-cradle for htc sensation with hands-free) one from expansys.
Just want to know if anyone else has purchased a car mount for their sensation, and what things I should look out for?
Thanx!
Guys, I bricked my Sensation trying to root it
I can still boot into HBOOT by holding the volume down and power buttons, but it just sits at HTC logo when it boots normally. So it's not completely dead.
Does anyone know how I can recover or reflash?

try install 4ext recovery and install a custom rom...
was the root successful? are you s-off? and unlocked?
s-on, and unlocked...
did some googling - and apparently you can recover by using an official RUU Rom. I tried, but it failed.
I'm going to try 4ext recovery. Thanks Toitjie!!!

the problem with custom roms is, you need s-off...
