Can't comment on the x360Key but for the others:
RGH - allows you to run homebrew code and your own dash and ultimately lets you play games off the internal/external HDD. If you go onto XBL you will be banned. The RGH is supposed to be foolproof and since it requires a hardware redesign to fix, its going to be around for a while. At the moment it requires a lot of hacking around and soldering to get it going.
iXtreme - allows you to play backups from DL DVD's - mostly XBL safe although there is always a chance you could be banned. Depending which version of the XB you have - some slims can't be modded. This is a lot easier to implement than the RGH but you need to keep the iXtreme versions up to date - which means opening up the XB every now and again and updating the DVD drive.
