I had a neo prime contact that expired about 2 months ago. I requested for another contract which was finally delivered on Tuesdays 19th of July. The old desktop set was disconnected from the network on Monday 18 of July. My number is supposed to be moved to the new black mobile handset.
I have lost count of the number of your so called consultants that i have spoken to All giving me different reason why my line is not working
one said 24 hours
another 24 working hours
a number of them said they will call back
(hopefully this will happen before the return of Jesus Christ).
I called again on Saturday and was told the line will be functional today. Your guess is as good as mine. I call and another consultant says
the technial people are just working on it and it should be working in the next few minutes. This was over 4 hours ago
And i was told again that those who should configure the line do not know about it after 7 days and a zillion and one calls.
You guys are just a necessary evil if it would take you about a week with ignorant consultants who do not seem to know their left from their right.
All i want is to have the line activated and give me another number for the old set. I will not mention how i was made to embark on an absolutely unnecessary journey
