    Every Rudolph Muller article is the same...

    It's always a comparision between something and always reads like this:

    -----
    blah blah state the obvious blah blah

    <insert table comparision>

    blah blah blah explain the glaringly obvious table comparision blah blah

    <insert 2nd table of logical thought>

    blah blah, explain the glaringly obvious 2nd table
    ---------------

    I'm yet to see any article which doesn't comform to the above.
    Oh LOL
    “MWEB’s unilateral measure is not in the spirit of the Internet community,” said Telkom.

    And what one can deduce from it is that if Telkom ups the 384k users to some more decent speed like 1M and gives us some more bandwidth many users would be reasonably happy to stay with them.

    Maybe you should read the article again this morning, when you have sobered up.
    It will make more sense.

    I'm in the 46pc of VC customers actively looking for a new SP. I'm happy to say by this time on Monday morning there will be 7 less VC sims in this business, and the final 2 will be binned at the end of August. No more contracts and no more OOB sharks!

    From another site:

    How many people are there in the group your sample represents? This may be the number of people in a city you are studying, the number of people who buy new cars, etc. Often you may not know the exact population size. This is not a problem. The mathematics of probability proves the size of the population is irrelevant unless the size of the sample exceeds a few percent of the total population you are examining. This means that a sample of 500 people is equally useful in examining the opinions of a state of 15,000,000 as it would a city of 100,000.

    It is obviously far more complicated, but this sample size is definitely significant...just depends on what you want to measure and what confidence interval you want to achieve.

    Let us begin by doubting every statement. Let us find a way of subjecting every statement to the test of experiment.

    Depends on whether the competition tribunal will give a go ahead. It seems likely that they will, but you never know for sure.

    Article on techcentra.co.za: "Visser says the deal does not require the approval of the competition authorities."
