They told me that it was a power failure that damaged a cable or something. Lots of round-about explanations that amounted to nothing really. Something broke and now the exchange that was perfect two weeks ago is so congested that I can't browse the net at all. Who knows?
I had a ticket that was linked to the network fault but when they resolved that fault, they closed my ticket. So I had to open a new one...
Last feedback I got was that the Frangipani 2 exchange was due for an upgrade and that they've prioritised it to be done within the next two weeks - probably because of the fact that I threw my toys out the cot BIGTIME. Or at least that's what I'd like to think
So now we wait.
