anyone else in the process of losing weight? maybe this will be a good place for support.
i've lost 5.8kg since the first of this month
i've restricted my calorie intake to 1200kcal during the week, but on friday and saturday i eat whatever i want, in moderation. it's worked well thus far.

. i'm also doing intensive weight training at the gym, in order not to lose too much lbm. but ja, i don't really mind losing a bit of lbm. i have A LOT of weight to lose.
