Yup, playing it as I type. Decided to reinstall and add some mods (improved UI, HD textures etc.). Loving it all over again.
Sometimes I laugh so hard, the tears run down my leg

So should I reinstall and start again with some mods?
most of the mods won't affect save games. they are textures and meshes and UI tweaks. there are mods that affect the saved games, but normally all the kinks can be worked out by sleeping for a few days in an empty prison cell or room.
the game looks WAY better with the boosted gfx

that is a collection of good mods as assembled by some dude with taste and discernment. i have found it to be an excellent guide. downloading them all will take a while (and about 30GB). but so worth the effort.

Gave me motion sickness so stopped playing
i also get motion sick. some solutions:
1) sit further away from the screen
2) get seasickness tablets ($$$, make you drowsy) OR ginger tablets (if you take them often, no more than two a day)
3) look away from the screen every so often (i have a large skyrim map on my wall to which i refer continuously)
4) play at a higher resolution OR change the field of view to further away (from the console (hit ~ to access) type in "FOV 80") - this reduces the screen shake
you can buy ginger tablets with no prescription at most pharmacies. R80 should get you a large bottle.
