This is my sad sad story....
About two weeks ago, i hooked up my hdd (home pc) onto a usb external case to bring it to work. As i hooked it up, i failled to notice that one of the side coverings of the casing had fallen off....and out slips my hdd and there goes my 80 gigs of movies, music and TV series and more importantly all my programming stuff.
Hooked it up and herd clicking noises and i knew for sure that it was a gonna.
On my way from work, i passed Canal Walk and decided to give Incredible Connection a try, cause i was so desperate to get all my stuff back. They told me they will get back to me. Gone 1.5 weeks of phoning and they telling me they still trying to sort it out, i go to pick it up eventually and they said theres nothing they could do about. Now i want to send it a company that can do the job rite.
Who the u guys recommend ?
ps. i just hope these people at incredible connection didnot **** it even more
