Are there any good routers that include 3G modems? (I.e. you insert the SIM card into the router and not a USB modem?)

After my experiences with the MR3420, I'm looking for a product that actually works and I am not prepared to deal with a whole new can of issues regarding the compatibility of specific routers with specific modems so, I'm either going to buy nothing or I'm going to buy something which is designed to work as a single unit. Does such a thing exist?

Huawei B970 and B970b

Not recommended due to a braindead PPTP VPN passthrough protocol.

If you only use it for internet sharing, and not for remote access, then it'll work for you.

I think the fact that all those with built in 3G modems only do 7.2 says something. Maybe there are problem getting the stuff to work reliably with anything more than that.
I still love the E220 modem because it works with all the routers, and it's reliable, albeit a bit slow.

The (lack of) speed is generally not an issue to me. It's faster than the ADSL, and very often 7.2 is way more than the tower/provider/location can provide anyway.

when testing a e367, i got double the speed that my e220 gave me
im still using the e220 tho as its the only I can use in my router
