No idea, how do I tell? I loaded ICS via an OTA update.

I thought these updates are pushed by the network, why would Vodacom push the EU version to the guy above?

No, he loaded it himself, like I did.

From the Motorola site, SA wasn't included in the OTA updates to JB.

Thanks, do you have instructions? Any repercussions if I'm using ZA ICS?

I flashed the EU version to update mine to ICS, so JB shouldn't be a problem. Use at your own risk though .

Note the comment at the bottom:

it is compatible to stock 672.180.41.XT910.Retail.en.EU only.

Seems like it. Make sure you backup everything in the event that something goes wrong.

Yes, you would. As mentioned, back up your stuff.

You can also go directly to EU jellybean now with the recently released fastboots, if you don't need root access. But, same as the hop from ZA to EU ICS, you should back up.

Not sure if this was discussed but before you update bear in mind that there's no way to get root on JB (at time of this post)

I've never rooted mine. I already have the EU JB, so I would have to go back to ICS, root, then update while keeping root?

OK....so you guys were not running stock ICSxt910.meretail.en.06 software and that is why you guys got JB? No fair! :-(
