RWC 2015 - England?

No idea why but I was under the impression that the 2015 RWC was in Japan :o

Guess England is a perfect choice as I'll definitely be there in 2015 God willing ofc :)

Man England 2015 is going to ROCK !!!. I will have free accomodation, can stay there the whole month, and visit some long lost friends while I'm there. It is going to be a BLAST !!!!

Yeah it doesn't feel right watching games in the morning.

England has the best infrastructure by far. I reckon they'll host a fantastic World Cup.
 
Finals at Wembley or Twickenham? Wembley is bigger but Twickers is the home of English rugby. Going to be epic watching rugby at a place like Old Trafford and The Emirates.
 
The problem is going to be that England isn't really a rugby country. Rugby doesn't feature in the broader culture like here in SA or NZ etc. 99% of English ppl don't really care for the game. The stadiums will have a great atmosphere and the pubs around the stadiums will be packed but 2 blocks away and you wouldn't know anything was on. I'd love to be wrong of course but you won't see scenes like now in NZ where 100s of 1000s filled the streets and had massive parties etc.

Muted, would be the best descriptive English word I imagine.

While rugby union may not be the number one sport in England, on numbers alone there will be more 'rugy fans' in England than in New Zealnd.

The 2010-11 English Premiership averaged 13 000 people per match. That's higher than NZ'z ITM Cup and likely higher than SA's Currie Cup attendance. Plus they have 12 teams in their top division.
