The whole FNB admin dept is a screw up. Fantastic systems and online banking, but whenever a human is involved they cock up. I have been banking with them for 20yrs+ and 70% of the time I go in bank to do paperwork, I have to go back and do it again. Useless people!

So exactly a week ago I clicked the button on online banking to go with the Galaxy 10.1 deal and buggerall SMS received!
So out of irritation I phoned the call centre and was told my order was approved on Friday already and the couriers will make contact with me in 10 - 15 working day!
Overall not the greatest experience I have had from FNB. Very surprised at the lack of feedback. Maybe as I am a lond-standing client they are not treating this as a "carrot that gains a client" promotion.....
Booya! Finally received a call from Brightpoint. Asked for my address and confirmed that delivery will be in the next 3-5 days.

Where do you live? If its in a main city then expect 2-3 days.... Courier it will deliver. Maybe just call BrightPoint and ask them for the waybill number or a tracking number....
