Good morning off-The-Chart, please provide me pings and tracers to local and international sites. Please also provide me your actual download speeds.

Please also let me know from which location you are connecting? (line no.)

3rd time now today my internet just drops and the modem has to reconnect. Anything going on? It's really frustrating trying to game like this.

    Hey MwebGuy.

Just an update. Still waiting for Telkom since 10 Jan 2012 to sort out their DSLAM. I hope Mweb and other ISP's coordinate to strongarm Telkom to improve their resolve as one can see on varius forums that a LOT of customers are affected by this.

Good afternoon Gimaru, please note that your attenuation readings are very high. It is currently at 61 dB, please contact Telkom for some assistance.

    Kind regards,

My 4mbs downloads have been running at 1.5mbs since last night. They have just now jumped back up to 4mbs. Have you guys just finished maintenance somewhere?

Good Afternoon Mortiiy, we supply Telkom with as much information as possible; however they control their network and do as they see fit. We cannot make Telkom do anything they do not want to, no matter how hard we try.

I logged an automated fault now with them by choosing the option "noisy phone line", so I'm not holding my breath. Can you please tell me what they will have to do to fix this? Can they do it on their side, or will they have to come out again? Sick of problem after problem.

Those lazy chops will probably just drop your sync speed to stabilise the line... :/

Hi, today my ping while playing League of Legends is +- 340ms, while it is normally around 250ms, this makes a big difference while playing.

Do you know what is wrong?

    Thanks
I don't like spinach, and I'm glad I don't, because if I liked it I'd eat it, and I just hate it.
