One would expect a new kid on the block to be on the ball, but Neotel's admin is costing them. I have tried (twice) to find out about their coverage; the first time they did not even respond. The second time, they asked for details that were already known and when I replied with GPS co-ordinates they simply did not get back to me. If that is how they treat prospective clients, I would rather pay more and at least be sure I am with a company that will respond to correspondence.
