Bird nest in telephone box, ADSL problems.

If there are anybody from Telkom that can help I will appreciate it. The metal connection box on the wooden pole in the corner of the backyard has gone open and birds made nest in there. I did log a fault 3 weeks ago and since went twice to the telkom shop to escalate the problem. When it rains my ADSL connection drops. Please come and fix it.

Yeah, after three months and turning at the CEO's office Telkom came and fixed it yesterday. The guy spent 45 min up the ladder, said some of the wires were corroded. If only they fixed it when I logged the fault it would have been a 15 min job.
