A moderator really needs to sticky this.

Here is how you do it.

1. Report thread
2. In reason state: Needs to be stickied
3. Wait a few hours, maybe a few days, it will get stickied.
4. Celebrate with a beer.

I was on the verge to do that a while back when I felt exasperated, trying to attract moderator attention to the thread - then read the note just before you click submit:

So thought I'd rather err on the side of caution as a friend of mine was banned from the forum after posting a well written game review of a new Korean MMO which she first posted on our private guild forum.
(I suggested she shared it with a bigger audience.)

Oh ok, well I did it for the thread asking this sub forum to be called WoW and Diablo 3 and they didn't ban me for it. I will add however, that I think it was a fine request and that no one noticed the thread which was going at least 2 pages by then.

I don't see why they should ban you for reporting a thread to get attention it needs, and if they do, it will just speak negatively of the MyBB moderators.

I notice WOW now got a Scroll of Resurrection thing going if u are invited by a friend or some1 u get a level 80 character and various things..

Hey howsit guys, I registered a long time ago on these forums but kind of forgot about them.

Anyways this is pretty random first, but anyone here from Cape Town around 20-ish years give or take a few and play on EU?

I've been playing wow consistently since the start of pre-bc, but quit about 2 months ago due to having no RL friends to play with in-game, or simply anyone who I can talk to that can relate etc.

I'm looking at returning again in order to prepare for MoP (my main interest in wow is actually the economy, and therefore investments - with currently owning about 2 million gold). So I'm looking for people to network with either in-game via realID, on skype, or perhaps even eventually in real life.

I'm on EU silvermoon with almost all slots maxed at 85, but might consider rerolling in my spare-time to come join you on another server. Also looking for people who might be interested in teaming up to achievement / rep farm, do some casual pvp with, and a few raids.

Anyways - awkward weird, seemingly loner post over haha.

P.S. I used to be in all three major SA guilds on US Stormrage during TBC before I rerolled to EU mid-WOTLK (primarily Affliction, but a bit in FOA, and AG as well).

Edit: I will probably check out Supes and his Nerf Stupidity guild since they are on my home-server Silvermoon. But I'm still open to anyone else who wants to network and make friends.

Affliction guys have mostly stopedd playing. A few are scatterred around.
I did some asking and apparently <Nerf Stupidity> is not an SA guild

I am currently looking to join a new guild preferably horde and on a high pop server. SA guild would be awesome.

I'm one of the old Affliction guys, been going from server-to-server and guild-to-guild with the same crowd, but with the death of Ascendance pretty much all my old friends stopped playing and I am kinda homeless I've been playing since Vanilla, but switched to the EU servers at the end of BC.

Ah okay, well that sucks. I vaguely remember a Fendore. I left Affliction and moved to EU just after TBC hit.

Theres always Prophecy on Lightbringer. But they are Casual. Gooi Mielies on Alliance side is a bit more progression focused as i understand it.
