well i was confused with the "premium quality" statement :P
In checking the website though, and specifically the rates, it states there that quality is not guarenteed. Poor sales effort. Dodgy site. Staying far away.

We (XtraVoice) provide VoIP and ISP services across SA, with VoIP LCR to IP PBX solutions we also supply a range of 087 numbers to the client.
Services are also supplied through resellers.
XConnect provides wholesale local and international services to the telco industry and we work with a few selected voip providers. Our strengths are in end-to-end voip quality and high definition voice, video and unified communications.
There's FNB connect, but nothing I have tested in SA is up to standard. Vox is best that I have found, but I still prefer Skype for international. Local call prices are too high though.
What do you mean by 'up to standard?. According to normal benchmarks (ratio of succesful dialed calls, call setup times, latency, jitter etc) our own tests show us on par with international. It all depends on the bandwidth you have.
With 'high definition voice' you can get excellent quality - locally as well
downetworks.co.za . I am most happy with MWebs SIP service.
We also use VOX but I have found that their Service has declined dramatically. Don't get me wrong, the Technical guys are good but the admin leaves a lot to be desired. I have a Billing Query / Complaint that is now entering its third month without being resolved.
