LOL what I meant to say is; its stopped using the mains as its become too hot. Busy draining the battery and refuses to charge! Our electricity keeps on going off because the electrical board is also getting too warm.

I have one of those blue bubble wrap covers on my pool - the pool was 37 degrees when it hit 32 in December....

I don't have a cover, just solar heating running 8 times a day for 3 minutes at a time. I slightly open the solar heating's bypass valve on days like today otherwise the water is uncomfortable hot. The kids do not want to swim when the water is colder than 30°C, but if I don't open the valve slightly on a day like today the water easily reaches 36°C, and that is really unpleasant.

Thats normal for Clanwilliam ... was once there in middle winter, a cool 37C while Cape Town was 15C

i can never swim in water so hot ...its like a hot shower and my body gets tingly lol
