A stat I found more remarkable was iPhone made up 80 percent of AT&T's smartphone sales for the quarter, and 66 percent of all contract phones sold through AT&T.

Erm wouldn't this be obvious because its a new iPhone? I mean, if you had the money, why buy the iPhone 4, when you can buy a 4S?
