    Gauteng motorists are not being stopped in roadblocks and forced to register for e-tolls, the SA National Roads Agency Limited (Sanral) said on Friday...

    So, does that mean they probably will in the future? I thought all of this was totally optional?

    It's easy to say this. It's easy to deny all. It will be a cold day with in hell when I trust anything SANRAL says.

    A hoax? The same is holds true for Sanral!
