    Thumbs up Is seeing believing?

So has anyone else seen that BBC documentary on "Is seeing believing?"

I watched it last night and was AMAZED at the things that they showed, for those who have seen it, what got me was when that guy repeatedly says "Ba, Ba, Ba, Ba, Ba" and then they change the movement of his lips, but continue the same sound going, and you hear a completely different word because your sight sense overrides your hearing... Doesn't sound like much when put like that, but watch it and you will see how crazy it is!

Basically this documentary does studies on peoples sense to find out more about them and find some really crazy truths about us and how the world is only what our minds perceive it to be. I was well impressed

Haven't watched the video on this link, but this is the link to this particular doci on BBC's website:

If trees could scream would we be so cavalier about cutting them down. What if they screamed all the time for no reason?

Got it from a mate of mine... It really is insane how much our senses dictate EVERYTHING that we see and hear (sounds obvious, but not to the level that they explain it)... Other things that they do is use a grey object, which looks colorful to us, but by moving it to another backround, you can see that it is actually grey and not a colour... Our mind basically assumes the colours. They do tests which prove that it is hardwired into us... I could go on for hours telling you about this... It is a MUST HAVE doci!

If anyone gets hold of it, let me know what you thought after watching it

The other nice thing about this Doci is that it's all credible! It's not conspiracy/theories, it's proven Scientific findings...
