Seriously, what's up with Telkom Internet?

So it seems a lot of us know that Telkom Internet ISP has degraded since late last year.

I fired up some downloads last night for a change, and noticed I'm maxing out at ±190KB/s on a 10Mbit line? Tried now again and same thing?







Youtube performance is also piss poor. What gives? Who to call?

Turns out I was downgraded to 2Mbit. Must be because I had to temporarily use my Telkom Billion 5100 (ADSL1 up to 8Mbit). So they've bumped it back up now.





Not really happy with TI bandwidth though, seems much more sluggish compared to MWEB uncapped.

Not on my laptop now, but google.co.za did not open on my phone browser. Youtube app took too long to load, so I guess international is down or under performing.

How does TI dare to say that they offer any form of internet service if this is the type of #$@%$ service they offer! It is unthinkable that they even dared to have any problems what so ever! They must be the worst ISP in the world for even contemplating having problems without warning their users 12 months in advance! Off with their heads I say! This cannot be tolerated!
