    Default Can't send through MWEB smtp server, can't log on to MWEB 'my account'

    Is there an authentication problem at MWEB? All of a sudden I cannot sent mail using smtp through MWEB, nor can I sign on to https://myaccount.mweb.co.za/ - it sits for a while and bombs out with an asp.net error page. - That makes me think it's not just my account.

    Can anyone currently send mail through MWEB? using an mweb.co.za email account or any of the numerous former ISPs they've digested - tiscali.co.za, worldonline.co.za, icon.co.za?

    I'm getting the same error. It seems to have been 'down' now for about an hour. Not certain what's happening.

    Yes, it seems to be fixed now, both mail sending and login to the account portal (I wasn't looking at that thread as I'm not a ADSL customer).

    If you're sending any important emails, just check with the recipient, because I've discovered that a whole bunch of mine have disappeared into the void. No 'undeliverable' messages, just gone.
