When I last spoke to him, one of the emails was shown to have been passed on through your firewall (but disappeared), but a second test with an attachment failed to turn up what had happened to it. It's hugely frustrating because this is the main email address for the business, and now I have to follow up every email with a phone call to the recipient to see what has/has not been delivered.
