I'm getting this too, that and the buttons in the reply box aren't showing, and the quick style chooser doesn't work either. Refreshing doesn't help.

I use google Chrome, I tried firefox and the same happens on it. I have tried CTRL + F5 and its still the same.

Try clearing all your browser cache, history etc. Close it and then try again.

What I did before making these screenshots is I used C Cleaner to clear things on my browsers. 3 out of 4 of my broswers give me this problem. Apple Safari's Browser displays properly.

I started getting this problem when I logged onto my computer at about 4PM, Safari works fine, dont know why other browsers are getting this problem. I did clear my cache, its still doing the same thing.

Still for the sake of completeness, it does the same thing in Linux, along with that survey showing up as a grey box in the corner.
