China should also want to keep a curb on these costs; I.e. not to push past their own raison d'être.

A time will come wherein China is not the cheapest labour market, then what will this tech companies do?

More important is what will China do -- 1.5 billion people need work and lots of it.

Simple re what will tech coys do: other manufacturer capable markets are for example: India and Brazil; it would be nice if Africa could also fulfill this, but it very inconceivable with the unions and perceived laziness.
... And none of this considers how much could be automated (robotics)
