What I meant is the overall picture in SA. 3 overseas cables landing in a short period of time and more to follow.. Fiber everywhere, although 98% of us don't have Fiber to Home or even Office, it seems likely to happen sooner than some of us expected... well I'm dreaming right ?
I LIKE!!!
The more, the merrier!

Erm... 1,800 km + 800 km + 600 km + 600 km = 3,800 km.According to DFA, Gauteng metropolitan boasts more than 1,800 km of open fibre network while Cape Town follows with approximately 800 km. Durban and Pretoria have over 600 km each.
So where is the other 1,200 km???![]()
You guys should check the new Richard Hammond documentary about the earth, in the second episode he goes aboard one of the ships contracted to repair breaks in the cable, very interesting.
