Default Complex in Pta/Centurion with FTTH

I am looking for a rental property in a complex in Pretoria or Centurion with FTTH or any other communal fast and uncapped Internet option! Agents don't seem to appreciate this... Can anyone help by at least telling me about some estates of complexes with this feature?

    Help, asseblief!

Most complexes in the area have a 4Mb line or two, with some annoying cupboard ISP providing sub-standard services to you. Does Pta even have FTTH yet, apart from the odd Neotel line?

If you want fast residential internet then move to Cape Town. Local gov here is clueless.

Telkom has 2 data centres as well as a its National Network Operations Centre (NNOC) in Centurion.
So you would think Centurion would be Gauteng's high tech internet hub. With all the building in the area the past couple of years Telkom really missed the boat regarding making the area a high speed internet zone for residential fixed line internet.

100% correct. Highest concentration of fibres and they stuff up the LOCAL distribution network. My buddy in Amberfield (close by) only got ADSL last month. Prior to that it was Telkom 3G (wcdma) or nothing (from Telkom).
