Finally VC are moving away from the massive pay-in aspect of their contracts....
whats up with the 100mb of data for only 3months? and from what i can see the prices for those phones are anything but cheap.
Never mind the 100MB cap....why make it 3 months?!![]()
the only thing more useless than 100mb a month is 100mb for 3 months.Previously the red network said they would launch a contract that includes 100MB of data for R279 per month.
This deal is to cost R299 per month now, and 100MB of data is only given for the first three months of the 24-month contract.
ridiculous, they know they will cash in with users buying data bundles. Give them a taste of it for three months then let them run back for more.
they should give it for the full 24 months, its only 100mb!
android phones normally guzzle data, lol so they better cash in there i guess.
Legend
WOW, Guess Vodacom has been bought by Nokia&Microsoft. I can not see any other reason why the Nexus contracts look so bad.
Its as if someone dont want you to get the phones when you compare it to all the other top end phones out now.
.... and thanks for all the fish.
This is why BB is still thriving in SA. Other brands have no chance.
Too late, sorry Android.
I m going to start saving for the new nokia 808. Don't care much for the operating system, but the 41 MP camera sounds awesome.
To be fair the camera takes dam good pictures and re-sample them to 5 Mp. You can set it to native mode but it will not be the norm. Its a pity about the OS its on. Hell I would even have gone Windows Phone for that camera, but not Symbian, I have my limits to what I would stoop to
You can read more about it here with some sample images that you can download. (41 Meg for 3 jpg's)
.... and thanks for all the fish.
Why does the device price differ per package?
