I see a few people commenting here there and elsewhere worldwide,just trying to work out who's affected or not. Could you check if facebook.com loads or not and list who your ISP is and where you are situated?

Haha indeed they are the only ones that seem to have the FB dns cached,even google's own services don't. But i'm still trying to see who can and can't access it

Check the address for typing errors such as
ww.example.com instead of
www.example.com

Having problems here with Afrihost on Telkom ADSL.
Doesn't work, IS uncapped
Our DNS servers talk directly to the root servers.
We are able to browse Facebook and connect to all the other sites that the main page calls.
At the moment, www.facebook.com is resolving to 69.171.229.13
