SA gets a new slogan: 'Inspiring New Ways'

South Africa has a new national marketing slogan, Minister in the Presidency Collins Chabane announced on Thursday.

"After extensive stakeholder consultation by Brand SA, Cabinet [has] approved "South Africa: Inspiring New Ways" as a new slogan for marketing the country, he told reporters in Cape Town.

The briefing follows Cabinet's fortnightly meeting on Wednesday.

The new slogan replaces the previous "Alive with Possibility".

Chabane said Brand SA, the organisation tasked with marketing South Africa both locally and internationally, would "champion the popularisation of this new slogan".

So we are no longer Alive with Possibility ?

Inspiring new ways - new ways to do what ?

I thought the old one was "South Africa - Its Possible" Thats what they always say on the TV ads I think.
