Vodacom Smishing Report

I tried to find a site where one can report smishing from Vodacom numbers yet was unsuccessful.

I'm quite certain that they don't care enough to actually do something about it (except for the occasional lazy online warning that only a select few will see), yet I thought I'd try my luck and ask if there is something like this out there?

Surely after RICA they should be able to do something about this. What am I missing here
