Ummm, depends on what you want to learn. What about business do you want to learn? HR? Marketing? Sales? Management? Development? Planning? Strategy? You get the picture. Same question goes for finance.
To be honest though I do not really recommend books these days. The internet is filled with amazing blogs from seriously pro people on all sorts of topics. I learn more from them than I ever did from books. Not to say I do not read books anymore, because I still do. Its just that when I read books recently I find myself telling myself that I read that already on this blog or that. I LOVE the internet!
If you let me know what you want to read and learn, then I can make a few recommendations about bloggers that know what they are talking about.
Alternatively you can read almost anything by Seth Godin. He deals with marketing, business management, strategic thinking etc.

Literally life changing. Best book I've ever read.
And no it's not about getting rich quick or anything like that
Rich Dad Poor Dad - Robert Kiyosaki
Here is a great list of finance books http://www.505accountingbooks.com/finance/
Super Rich by Russells Simmons, Black Like You by Herman Mashaba, The Story of Raymond Ackerman, These are more like Autobiographies, but good none the less as these are people who are telling a story about where they have been and how they sort of got where they are...
Don't take life too seriously; After All - No one gets out alive
As per dakeyras, it really depends on what you're wanting to learn. I could for example recommend the handbook for structured financial products, but for all we know, that's of no interest to you whatsoever. Business and finance are incredibly broad subjects. As an example, I don't consider Rich Dad, Poor Dad to be a business or finance book, by any stretch of the imagination. No offence, skimread - just a personal opinion. And your username is ironically apt in this sense...![]()
Cashflow Quadrant, Rich Dad's Guide to Financial Freedom by Robert Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter.
