Also wondering.

Have been emailed 3 times now. All the same 'interest' mail.

Can't wait grrr.

Oh and btw, which ethernet port is the magnetic one? The one with the silver contacts? Viewing from mobile here.

Nope, the other one. It is not actually magnetic per se, just got some extra electronics (transformers) embedded into the port.

This article mostly transcribes the posting on the Rpi site. Last time I bought from them the shipping was R29 or R39 - and they had/have? a promotion where shipping was free when you order online.

Me too, can't wait.
I actually received 4 mails, the first one being in Dutch!
Beste klant,

Still a good price, all things considered. What I don't quite get yet is how this is going to come packaged - clothed in a nice plastic cover, or a bare motherboard? Also, any idea what accessories will be available?

By the time I get 'mine', they'll be sold with an optional case. Till then, I'd hazard a guess of the board being sold bare in a box. Does not matter that much.
What accessories would you be interested in?

A guy did design a plastic cover, it will definitely be available at some stage.

Accessories that I've seen include a power cable (in short a cellphone charger), SD cards, etc.
eg. Memory Card, Power Supply, Cables, Keyboard, Mouse etc.

Ja, but this thing is small enough for you to mount anywhere in a box (ice cream box) or even behind your monitor/LCD TV.
