    Default PBX Panasonic KX-TDA 200 support display the information about not answered intercom

    Hello all!
    I have two questions:
    1. Does PBX Panasonic KX-TDA 200 support display the information about not answered intercom
    call in the log of incoming calls?
    2. I couldn’t realize the constant transfer the call from ICD group to DECT-handset or on outside
    (mobile) number, using *7101 code.

    What can I do to solve this problem?

    Default

    I am not quite sure that I understand your problem, however if you are saying that you could not transfer a call properly try this:

    Flash (conference is flash 3)
    Dial number (dont forget to open a line)
    Hang Up.

    That works on the TD series, not too sure about TDA though.

    As far as call logs go, it depends on your TMS, if you are using MAN**** you will only be able to guess based on the call length.

    You should try get hold of Wayne at Panasonic Business systems, he should be able to give you a straight answer.

    Concerning you first question.
    Software Blitz TAPI SMDR records in log not answered calls and:
    - outgoing outside calls;
    - incoming outside calls;
    - outgoing intercom calls.

    It works on TAPI. That is or through USB port of PBX or through card CTI link. It records in DB for WinTariff, in text file in C format for KX-TDA and in file CSV format.
    In the last two formats it records time of the beginning of call in hours and minutes: seconds (in standard C format time when the call was finished is records in hours and minutes PM/AM).
    You can download the valuable demo version with 30 days of trial period on www.blitz-cti.com

    I hope it will help you to solve problem in your first question.

    Default E1 using ISDN-PRI Signaling

    Does anyone knows if the KX-TDA0188 E-1 Trunk Card (E1) supports ISDN-PRI signaling from Public Office ?
    There are another card KX-TDA0290CE/CJ PRI Card (PRI30) 1-port ISDN Primary Rate Interface card witch seems to be the right one.

    The installation manual didn't say anything about E1 or ISDN-PRI configuration parameters, if there's anyone with this information, I will really aprecciate it. (Priv. Message)

    Thank you.
    Christian
