    Default Is anyone going to check these issues ?

    ... or do we still need to phone the call centre?

    People have complained about the same areas - my signal is dead (sometimes 1000ms pings with 128kpbs speed) ... but effectively useless?

    Could you specify your issues a bit more?

    Other than area and speed, I couldn't get much else (on an iPad)

    But looking at the other thread (speed, latency), people around me were also having massive troubles. I'm not going to be in the office again until Thursday - so hopefully the issue is resolved am I'd getting quicker than 128

    At work now ...

    Ping at 985ms .... 0.11mbps down and 0.00mbps up.

    Sitting here Paulshof right next door to Witkoppen. We're on Day 4

    What info do you need?
    I'm on an iPad - so can't give much more info?

    But in the speed/latency thread, there are possibly people that could assist

    Bud I have been having issues for the whole week in Fourways, reported it still having major issues.

    So day 5 and still nothing has been fixed.
    This is beyond a joke. I am losing out on calls that is now costing me money.
    This is beyond a bloody joke.

    Vodacom are quick to threaten their customers but heaven forbid they fix the bloody network issues.

    Without reporting the problem to CustomerCare or VodacomData nothing will be done to remedy the problems FULL STOP

    I have reported it twice.
    1st on the 19th
    and today about 30 minutes or so ago.

    111 had to call me back the reception was so bad, he could hear me perfectly I could hear nothing he was saying.

    They say the tower here has issues, 5 days to fix it???
    This was told to me the other day when I was able to complete a call.

    They also told me there are numerous complaints about it and my number would be added to that complaint.
