    Could someone please give me a definition for High density residential housing?

    It sounds to me like you have an area with residential housing with the population density of China.... (in other words, a lot of people living in an area)

    That was my first thought too.

    I've actually been thinking about digging up my disks and reinstalling it, for the last few days already.

    High Density by definition is a high amount of bulk m (Build-able m) versus the surface m of an erf.

    If you have an erf with a surface of 1000m which has bulk of 10000m, this would make it high density. **I am not sure of the ratio.**
