C'mon Copa, you're a smart guy. Think for yourself. Of course it is possible for God to create the world 6000 years ago in 6 days' time and with the appearance of a million/billion years old. Just like Adam was "old" when he was literally a day old. With God nothing is impossible. So when you put God into the equation then all possibilities become plausible.

Can a young earth be old?
Can a man walk on water?
Can a man rise from the grave?

With God, yes. Without God, no.
