Last night the connection was reset every 3-4 minutes again..... connection only stabilised after about 9:30PM and then worked quite well
8ta, are you guys having issues in the Pretoria area? If so, please let us know, as it's a lot more comforting to know, that you know about a problem and are working on it?

I use it only for web browsing and occasionally some live streaming from SuperSport and a Youtube vid now and then. Very frustrated. Often everything seems to stop, and I have to disconnect and reconnect, and often the disconnect process takes ages.

After receiving a phone call from one of your 8ta representatives he told me the tower was upgraded and asked if my issue was resolved. At the time there was no improvement, although I have been doing tests since we last spoke and the internet has seen a big improvement.

Nothing has changed yet on my side from 7-11pm after emailing and phoning u guys! Give some one excellent internet for a whole year then take it away from one day to the next
I work 7km away from where i live and its the same problem at my work during these hours. Pings to rosebank (15km away) are 700ms! Other servers are even worse!
If the same thing is happening at work and home at the same time then it is happening to a large part of the south of jhb.
This is an absolutely useless service , ping spikes constantly and there hasn't been one bit of improvement over the last 2 months. Your just ripping off people with a falsely advertised product. Utter waste of time and money...
