A hug lunch? Sounds like a hippie thing. Probably just salads.

Surely the size of the coverage complaints department should be inversely proportional to the area covered?

Just an update, I received a call from someone yesterday in connection with the issue at my father's place and he suggested two alternate towers in the vicinity to aim at. I'll try them over the coming weekend. I still haven't heard anything about the issue where I work.

I re-located and my signal is so pathetic, both voice and 3g. A friend suggested i contact cellc to see if wat they call a booster can b installed in the area.1 email later the reply i get is since u are an autopage customer contact them and autopage says contact cellc. shouldnt cellc sort this out since its their network?

I have tried aiming for the alternate towers, but neither are visible due to the surrounding terrain. The signal strength from the original tower has dropped from -75dBm to -85dBm and continues to drop. The technician closed the TT, but suggested logging a new query if we still had a problem.

I still have not received a call or an email in connection with the problem where I work.

The Cell C shop in Walmer Park in Port Elizabeth is horrible. The service is rubbish, the staff is untrained and the display phones are never charged. I waited 20 minutes trying to get help on a small issue concerning my contract and no one there could help me and the person who could help me was sitting in the back room doing nothing. I think the Cell C head offices should check in on the management of that walmer park store. I'm not the only person who has had problems there and that wasn't my first time either.

I have actually given up reporting anything, I actually don't care any more.

That is probably CellC's aim. To frustrate you so much that you actually give up.

Cell_C logged a new query for me and the technician visited my father and concluded the area has insufficient coverage.

I called the call centre and found that somehow this query had been closed as a duplicate.
I opened a new query, and finally received a call back today from someone telling me that the area where I work has no coverage inside buldings and there are plans to improve coverage.
They could not give me a ball-park estimate whether this would happen in weeks, months or years.
