So no 24hr support anymore?
It feels like telkom spends more time and money in think tanks of "how to dodge client service at any cost"
They want to sell their product and then make it impossible to get old of the right people for assistance.
I know it's been posted before... but is there no number we can dial for support after hours and weekends?
Every ISP I have worked with had a 24hr support line... evan the small ones.
Arrogant business ethics in my opinion.
