Because Albie is good (not his bowling all that much), it is the fact that people expect him to walk in 9/10 times and hit the last 8 balls for 9000 runs.....

I hope Kirsten is wise enough to apply the Albie factor correctly.

It saddens me to think there are guys in the domestic level, playing great cricket season in and out but never gets a chance, but people still opt for Albie
The problem is not Albie, but the way he is used. Even in the IPL they don't have a clue how to use him. You can't send the guy in with 12 balls left every time and expect him to score 72.

Then why not use Levi?, im sure he will beter in a scenario of needing 30 of 2 overs?

I remember Albie in the Australië series, i think it was Tait or Johnson bowling to him, my friend was sitting next to me, so i told him watch, i bet you they will bowl him clean out first ball, guess what happened....
I don’t know, i just don’t rate him, he is good when he faces average bowlers, but he is lost when he faces a good bowler, maybe (hopefully) I’m wrong, but after the amount of matches he has played, i just can’t see him making any impact

It took the IPL teams 2 games to work Levi out. Since then he's done nothing.

It doesn't matter who you choose, what matters is how you use them. Levi won't do any better than Albie if he's brought in when there are 12 balls left in the innings and he's expected to hit each ball for 6.

As said Albie needs to be employed better.

Albie can hit the ball to any part of the field. Levi is pretty restricted, although I'm sure Gary Kirsten and company are working on his technique (for the future).

If only we can get someone like Gayle our T20 issues will be sorted and we won't even need Levi or Albie.
    44 sixes thus far.

A t20 team of Amla, Levi, Kallis, de Villiers, du Plessis, Duminy, Morkel, Botha, Steyn, Morkel, Tsotsobe will do pretty nicely.

See the Poms beat the West Indies by 9 wickets IIRC...

Hope they do not find Spectacular form in the next month or so

England's batting lineup is very good at the moment but remember England did not face good bowlers. South Africa's Bowlers, IMO are the best so its going to be a good series. Just my 2 cents.

Their win in the previous match wasn't very convincing, against second-rate bowling and batting. As usual though, our only weakness is ourselves. As long as we don't have difficulty breathing, I reckon we should win.
