Ok, so the SA companies mentioned that are *supposed* to have the Collectors Edition are Kalahari, Takealot, and BT Games.

The US dollar option will be cheaper, but Anet have said the games will be region locked. So, I wouldn't take a chance, unless you know how to get around the region lock.
