Default Is Fruity Loops better than cubase?

I find the Fruity Loops interface pretty easy for a beginner but other people always discount it.......

    It's easier, but not better.

I think Fruity Loops is way cheaper, although I found it an enormous pain to use. Mind you, I hated Cubase as well.

Never used Fruity Loops but I'm pretty comfortable with Cubase. Took a few months to get the hang of it though

FL, easy to learn but better not better. Cubase can be used for things such as scoring music. You'll also need 2 monitors for Cubase, you can use one but navigation will be very difficult.

    Ableton is TEH BESTEST!

Actually none of them are really the best. Choose what you like to use. I don't like this answer as I like to know what is best but it is actually a good answer. You should use what you are most comfortable with.

Plus there is somewhat a despise from some musicians on people using FL...for that fact thats its very simple for anyone to start making beats and somehow call themselves musicians. Many of these youtube internet stars most likely used FL, I recall reading that Soulja Boys - Crank Em was made on FL. The only real producer I've read about using FL is 9th Wonder when he made a song for Jay-Z's Black album

Fruity Loops is what you start with. Cubase is what you professionally produce with.

That used to be the case but it certainly isn't any longer. FL Studio now has exceptional audio quality and handles audio clips and midi just as well as any other platform on the market. However it does come down to a personal preference at the end of the day...
