Month to date according to iburst i have downloaded 500Mbs, looking at a bandwidth monitor i have only used close to 300Mbs, i'm also on VAS, this leaves me to believe that midnight to morning does not end at 08:00 as i always stop my downloads and shutdown my PC at 07:50.

Iburst representative please look into this, i have logged another call with the service desk and as always no one has came back to me
I have tested this by starting my midnight downloads at 00:30 and stopping them at 07:30, guess what not data disappearances.

This leads me to believe that iBurst has changed something either with their counter/time sync as this was never a problem before as it seems to be the case now, and still no response from them

I'll have a look - do you have an example date of the problem?

Rooi, i do not remember the date i tested this as since the above message, i have been starting my downloads later and stopping them earlier.

I will change my times to 00:00 - 08:00 (this is managed by windows time by the way) and see if the problem still exists.
