torque values (hyundai)

hello,

my engine is currently being worked on
its a hyundai accent 130xs 1998 model.

The mechanic is didnt remember to check the torque values so asked me to google it, before he can reassembling the engine.

Can somebody here please help us out with the torque settings?

Also, can somebody please tell me how long until engine has to be re torqued?

With Hyundais, I think its every 24 months?

Yeah, it really doesn't seem like the car is going to be running well after being worked on by someone who is that unprepared.
