I used to work for a company that's in the same office park as them. They had 2 Ferrari's (458 and California) and a Maserati (MC Stradale) there the one day taking their clients for test drives.

Where do you see the 10%?

OK, the problem here is you're using interest rate in the same breath as dividend. It's actually income from sharesholding of a company/companies, not a return on cash.

My Satrix Divi has returned of 15% on the total amount I have punt over the past 14 months (thats dividend and shareprice growth) if I sold it.

Anyway, 10% (since its annual) dividend by 12 gives you 0.83% a month so that means R10 000 will give you R83 a month.

Stay away. Not enough info on their website. Are they registered legally?

Looking into this at the moment. Could be a nice addition to a portfolio. Anyone got any comments to add?

I just read their site and prospectus again... what do you find appealing?

They have offices on Lynnwood that look semi-decent. Never heard of them before until I saw their logo next to the road.

They definitely have "that" kind of feel to their website where everything winds up "disappearing".

You dont have to use complicated products to provide a deceit return. Have to agree with the previous post, what do you find appealing about it. Maybe we can provide alternatives that are more standard and safe.
