I have a business 3g card with 2gb a month and a R100 limit set by me.
Last month I used the R100 limit and the account was capped.
I have not been able to connect this month because the R100 limit was push over to this month instead of
It's error on Vodacomís system.
Now it's been a week and Vodacom can't sort this out.
The person I chatted to now says that I need to send in a company letter head signed by the account holder with his ID.
The account holder is not available.
I asked to speak to a manager but was told they have all gone home.
This is after I requested a Manager to call me yesterday and I am still waiting.
I don't see why I have to do all of this because of an error with the system.
