This is day 4 of problems with my R289 uncapped 3 gig pacakge. I'm getting only EDGE can load anything and my local shop is offline as well.
The number 808 which I call tells you to press 0 to speak to an operator, and as soon as you press it, the voice tells you "the number you have dailed is incorrect!!!!" Useless bunch!
What number can I phone or do I need to drive to MTN headoffice in Roodepoort, I'm at the point already!
Please anybody help me with a contact number that actually works and were i can speak to a person who can actually sort something out!
