I'm trying to dispute my bill. Got Telkom to call me back on my cellphone.
The tool on the other end is deliberately misunderstanding me, and on top of that keeps contradicting themselves.
I asked not to be transferred, but they tried anyway. When they got to the please hold, I lost it and called her out on being useless
Anyway, I've gone into some kind of loop now, where the hold music comes then goes every few minutes. Not sure what the tool is doing...
Call has lasted 25min so far: I've plugged the phone in, and am tempted to just leave it to see how long I can keep Telkom paying for their uselessness.
I'm on CellC, so hopefully there's some MTR revenue in it for them, as an added bonus to costing Telkom
Will update when call ends to note duration. Leaving it until I have to leave this afternoon would be sweet.![]()
